Eating Us is the fourth full-length album released by Black Moth Super Rainbow. As opposed to the traditional methods of the bands recordings, all the song demos were
completed by Tobacco, then taken to Tarbox Studios to be worked on further with David Friddman. It was released May 26th, 2009 on Graveface Records.
"Born On A Day The Sun Didn't Rise," "Dark Bubbles," and "Tooth Decay" had music videos made for them.

- In the summer of 2008, Tobacco uploaded a track to the BMSR myspace player titled "summer2008 demo", which was a demo version of "The Sticky" complete with lyrics, similiar to the "Gold Splatter" demo.
- The "Born On A Day The Sun Didn't Rise" demo was released on the 7" vinyl under the same name.
- The roughest demo for the song "The Sticky", as well as the demo for the song "Dark Bubbles" can be heard on Tobacco's Fucked Up Friends DVD.
