The Most Wonderfulest Thing is the third and final album released under the Satanstompingcaterpillars name. This album in general has a more electronic and warped feel than The Autumn Kaleidoscope...; the early beginnings of Black Moth Super Rainbow can be easily heard here.

Planned ReissueEdit

There is some uncertainty as to a planned re-issue of this release. On the Black Moth Super Rainbow discography page around late 2003, there is stated to be a The Most Wonderfulest Thing 3" CD-r EP with a re-release date of February 2004.[1] The tracklisting of the supposed 3" CD-r was listed as:

  1. Understanding Love Through A Singing Forest
  2. Letter People Show
  3. I Think It Is Beautiful That You Are 256 Colors Too
  4. The Magical Butterfly Net
  5. Melody For Color Spectrum
  6. Black Snow / Winter lmnop
  7. Smog In Cities
  8. August 2001 Flower Child

However, Power Pill Fist has stated on the BMSR fan messageboard that the 3" CD-r was an idea that never materialized.[2]

Trivia / Misc.Edit

  • After being sold out for years, this CD went back on sale on the Black Moth Super Rainbow website in 2006, but without the original packaging. The discs were sold in plain jewel cases at a discounted price.
